Meet Kerry
Your Naturopath
I support women who feel tired, dismissed, or "not themselves" when their body starts sending louder signals.
My approach is calm, honest, and practical: I listen deeply, connect the dots, and translate complex health issues into clear steps that make sense - without overwhelm.
My Story
My path into naturopathy wasn't just a career choice ~ it was deeply personal.
I once asked for help with symptoms that were affecting my daily life, and I was told I wasn't sick enough yet." I left feeling dismissed and shut down ~ and I remember wondering why I even asked for help. I thought, Why can't someone help me?
That moment shaped everything about how I practise. I became determined to do things differently: to take symptoms seriously early, look for root causes, and support women before their health has to become a crisis to be considered valid.
Today, I help women make sense of what their bodies are saying, especially when they're exhausted, overstimulated, and emotionally depleted after years of carrying everyone else.
Symptoms aren't problems to endure ~ they're intelligent messages.

Common Symptoms I Work With
Female Hormone Health & Cycle Support
“I’m not sleeping properly. My mood feels unpredictable, my periods have changed, and I no longer feel like myself.”
Hormonal changes can affect sleep, energy, mood, digestion, temperature regulation and the menstrual cycle. Symptoms may occur during perimenopause or alongside conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis and painful or irregular periods.
Your symptoms are considered as part of a wider health picture rather than treated as unrelated problems.
- Review your cycle, symptoms, health history and lifestyle patterns.
- Identify factors that may be influencing hormonal health.
- Use pathology or functional testing where it may provide useful information.
- Create a personalised plan for sleep, mood, energy and cycle support.
The aim is to help you better understand your body and feel more confident managing hormonal change.
Stress, Burnout & Nervous System Support
“I feel exhausted all day, but when it is time to rest, my body will not switch off.”
Ongoing stress can affect sleep, concentration, appetite, digestion, mood and energy. You may feel wired, depleted, irritable or increasingly reliant on caffeine and sugar just to get through the day.
Support begins by understanding your current demands and creating enough stability for recovery.
Support sleep and daily rhythm — introduce realistic anchors that help your body recognise when to be alert and when to rest.
Build steadier energy — review food, hydration, nutrient needs and the patterns contributing to energy crashes.
Reduce overload — simplify your plan so recovery does not become another overwhelming task.
Progress is not about pushing harder. It is about gradually rebuilding capacity, clarity and resilience.
Persistent Fatigue & Energy Support
“I wake up tired, struggle to get through ordinary tasks and crash when I try to do too much.”
Persistent fatigue can have many contributing factors. These may include disrupted sleep, nutrient deficiencies, hormonal changes, chronic stress, illness, medication effects or other health conditions.
The first step is to understand the pattern and identify where further investigation or medical referral may be needed.
- Review your symptoms, sleep, nutrition, health history and current medications.
- Consider relevant pathology and previous test results.
- Prioritise nourishment, rest and realistic energy management.
- Build activity gradually, without repeating push-and-crash cycles.
The goal is not to promise a quick fix. It is to create a structured, individualised approach that supports steadier energy and everyday function.
Digestive & Gut Health
“I plan my life around my digestion. Eating out feels stressful, and I never know what will trigger bloating, pain, reflux or urgency.”
Ongoing digestive symptoms can affect food choices, social confidence, energy and quality of life. Many people arrive after trying restrictive diets and multiple supplements without understanding what is actually contributing to their symptoms.
Your digestive health is considered alongside your diet, medical history, stress, medications and broader symptom pattern.
- Review symptoms, food patterns and possible triggers.
- Consider whether investigation or referral is appropriate.
- Use practical food and lifestyle strategies to support digestive comfort.
- Gradually improve variety and confidence where restriction has become excessive.
The aim is to help you understand your digestion and create a more sustainable relationship with food.
Male Hormone Health, Energy & Stress
“My energy and motivation have dropped. I do not recover as well as I used to, and stress seems to affect everything.”
Changes in sleep, workload, nutrition, exercise, body composition, medication and hormone health can all influence energy, mood, concentration and physical recovery.
The focus is on understanding the full picture rather than assuming every symptom is caused by testosterone.
- Review sleep, stress, nutrition, exercise and recovery patterns.
- Consider relevant pathology and medical follow-up where appropriate.
- Support consistent energy, muscle recovery and mental clarity.
- Track meaningful changes and adjust the plan over time.
The goal is a realistic plan that supports health, strength and sustainable performance without unnecessary extremes.
My Belief
Symptoms aren't random ~ they're intelligent messages from your body. When we listen early and support what's driving them (stress load, gut health, hormones, inflammation, nutrient depletion), you can feel steady, energised, and like yourself again.
I listen deeply and look beyond symptoms to uncover the root causes of fatigue, hormonal changes, and chronic discomfort.
